Mindfulness in Action
Mindfulness in Action is an interactive Buddhist Meditation blog. I clarify Buddhist not because it is only for Buddhists but because Buddhist (Vipassanna) Mindfulness Meditation is what I practice (all forms of meditation are welcome and open for discussion and practice here).
This blog is an online alternative for those of us who cannot routinely get away to attend meditation retreats. It can never replace that experiences but that is not to say the online experience cannot be meaningful and transforming.
On this blog I will conduct a combination of meditation and spiritual retreats, general discussions on spirituality in daily life and an interfaith effort to explore various faith traditions and how they benefit spiritual life.
This is interactive and without you the process is just one sided and can only go so far. With your input and diversity of experience the process can be organic, ever living and ever growing, hopefully helping us reach our spiritual goals. You can read more about retreats by going to the Online Meditation Retreats tab.
May you be well, happy and peaceful!
