Meditation Support Group!

Living the householder life is hectic.  All the running to an fro can make meditation practice difficult. Finding the time and the energy to practice can be daunting. How do you do it? What keeps you going to the cushion?

Personally I do my best to get up a little before or around 4:00 a.m. to make sure I have the time and privacy to practice. There have certainly been times I have hit snooze and just slept in, but for the most part I generally put in the work. Having a nice comfortable shrine area helps too.

How about you? Talk to me and tell me how you manage in a life  of errands, work, family etc. and manage to find quality time to practice.
